"I've been working with Agi and the Northstar team since 2016. I now have 2 properties, one in Neasden and one in Chelmsford. The process for both was very straightforward. Agi viewed properties on my behalf and then invited me to look at them with him. We'd go through the Return on Investment looking at the property cost, the refurbishment required and then the rental income. Once we'd agreed on a property then the Northstar team swing into action.  It is set up with mortgage brokers, solicitors and surveyors to help with the purchase of the property. Once the property is bought, Marius from Northstar completed the refurbishments. I still call on Marius now to help me! Once completed, Agi organises the handover wth the Housing Association or Local Authority. The whole process is very slick and well organised. I think the main thing for me is the relationship with Northstar isn't over when the property is completed. I am in regular dialogue with Agi and call on him for advice and help with the properties. He is always happy to help and always available to talk to on the phone. If asked .. would I recommend Northstar then I would definitely say yes."

"We have been advised by Agi Eugenio (North Star Properties - NSP) on all things property since 2005. During a period around 2006/07 we purchased a total of 5 properties through NSP; after having been shown numerous opportunities. Two of these properties are situated in Brent and the other three are in the Kensal Rise / Maida Vale area in London. NSP provides a turn key service which means they source it, provide financial funding options if required, purchase the property, refurbish it and provide a tenant with a 3 year lease through a London Local Authority or a Housing Association with a guaranteed rent and you can be involved a little or as much as you like.
